What does AI Shopping actually add on top of my plan?
Three things: (1) a per-product visibility matrix that scores every product against six AI agents, (2) Google + Bing Merchant Center feed generators (XML + CSV) you can drop into Merchant Center or fetch on a schedule, and (3) three extra site audits per month on top of your existing plan cap. Plus IndexNow key management so price + availability changes propagate to Bing within minutes.
How much does it cost?
AI Shopping is $19/mo on top of any plan that includes site audits (Indexed, Featured, Established, Foundation, Enterprise). It is not available on Visible (free) because the free plan does not run site audits. Annual saves 20% — same Stripe billing as the base plan.
Do I need to install anything on my store?
No. We crawl your storefront from outside, same way an AI bot would, and generate the feeds from the public product schema we find. If your storefront ships proper Product / Offer JSON-LD, you are 90% of the way there already. We flag what is missing and give exact copy-paste fixes.
How are AI agents like ChatGPT and Gemini actually using product feeds?
ChatGPT Shopping, Gemini Shopping, and Perplexity's product results all draw heavily from the same Merchant Center pipelines Google Shopping uses, plus on-page Product schema. Bing Chat + Copilot pull from the Bing Merchant Center side. Doubao is fed by ByteDance's own crawler and on-page schema. Grok primarily reads on-page schema for product context. The feed + schema work covers all of them.
Why are my products invisible to AI shopping recommendations today?
Three usual suspects: (1) you have no Product schema on PDPs (or it is incomplete — missing brand, GTIN, condition, or availability), (2) you have no Merchant Center feed submitted, or (3) GPTBot / Bytespider / PerplexityBot are blocked by your robots.txt or Cloudflare bot-fight settings. The audit pinpoints which of the three applies.
Can I add AI Shopping later?
Yes. AI Shopping is a Stripe add-on you can subscribe to or cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal and feeds remain downloadable through the end of the current period.
