Yes. Upgrade and downgrade any time from Settings → Billing — Stripe prorates the difference automatically. Downgrade keeps you on the higher tier until the current period ends, then drops to the new one. Your audit history is preserved across plan changes (subject to the new plan's retention window).

Annual is 20% off the monthly price (effectively two months free). Charge happens once per year. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal, and Stripe credits the unused portion of the current month.

A single-page audit checks one URL — about 10–30 seconds, all 60+ checks. A site audit crawls multiple pages of one domain (BFS, sitemap-aware, parallel renders) and aggregates the score across them. Caps for each are tracked separately, so a Featured user with their 5 site audits used can still run unlimited single-page audits up to the 100/mo cap.

Monitoring is a higher-touch feature — alert delivery, regression diff, webhook signing — that pairs better with the Featured tier and above. Indexed users can re-run audits manually from the dashboard at any time without using the monitoring quota.

The crawler audits the first N pages your plan covers (Indexed: 30, Featured: 50, Established: 75, Foundation: 150, Enterprise: 500). Pre-flight discovery uses your sitemap.xml to estimate page count before the run starts, so you know up-front whether to upgrade. Partial-data salvage means even an interrupted run preserves every page already crawled.

No paid trial — instead, the Visible (free) plan is permanent: 5 single-page audits per month, all 60+ checks, full per-agent impact tagging, history. It's enough to evaluate the product against your real site before committing to a paid tier.

Enterprise is custom-priced: site audits up to 500 pages, dedicated crawler queue priority, custom rate limits, SSO via custom integration, contractual terms (annual / multi-year, NET-30 invoicing on request), and a named account contact. Use the “Talk to sales” / “Contact sales” link in the pricing table with your domain count and use case for a quote.

All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and SEPA Direct Debit (EU customers) — all processed by Stripe. We never see your card details. Invoices and receipts are downloadable from the Customer Portal at any time.

Two optional modules, billed as separate Stripe subscriptions, fully self-serve from Settings → Billing, cancel any time: (1) AI Shopping — $9/mo, ecommerce-specific audits + Google/Bing Merchant feeds, on top of any paid plan; (2) llms.txt Generator — $1/mo, 30 AI-generated llms.txt per month, only needed on the Free plan because every paid plan (Indexed and up) already includes the generator for free. (Bot Paywall used to be a $19/mo add-on but is now bundled free on every paid plan from Indexed up — see the comparison table above.)

You connect Cloudflare (we deploy a Worker on your domain), then create rules in the dashboard: which URL patterns (e.g. /blog/*, /products/exclusive/*) get what action (block, allow, or charge per request) for which bots (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Bytespider, Google-Extended, or all AI). Blocked bots get HTTP 403; charged bots get HTTP 402 Payment Required with the price you set (1¢–50¢+ per request, system-recommended by page length). Phase 1 returns the 402 declaratively — well-behaved bots back off; real payment processing (x402, Tollbit) ships in Phase 2.
