Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AI Visibility Checker(the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service is an automated audit tool that analyzes websites for visibility to AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Doubao, Grok). It produces a score, a list of issues, and recommendations. The Service is provided as is— results are heuristic and not guarantees of how a given AI will treat your site.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not:

• Submit URLs you don’t own or aren’t authorized to audit. We are not responsible for misuse against third‑party sites.
• Submit URLs that point at private network ranges (RFC 1918, loopback, link‑local). The Service rejects these but attempting them violates these Terms.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, automate account creation, or share accounts.
• Submit content that is illegal under EU or Romanian law (CSAM, trafficking, fraud, etc.). Such submissions will be reported.
• Attempt to disrupt the Service, exfiltrate data not belonging to you, or reverse‑engineer the Service to compete with it.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact office [at] aibotchecker.online.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes all your audits.

4. Free quick checks

The unauthenticated quick‑check on the home page is limited to 3 audits per IP per day. This limit is enforced server‑side to keep the free tier sustainable. For more, create a free account or upgrade.

5. Pricing & payment

Pricing is shown on the home page. Paid plans renew monthly unless canceled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription (when paid plans are available).

Note: as of the date above, paid plans are not yet enabled. The free tier is the only active plan.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its name, design, and code are owned by the operator. You retain all rights to content you submit (URLs, scan results that the Service extracts on your behalf).

7. Liability disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including lost profits or lost data. Total liability for any direct damages is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €0 for free‑tier users.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Romanian or EU consumer law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable. You may close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. liability disclaimer, governing law) will do so.

9. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania, except where EU consumer‑protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your member state of residence.

EU residents may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email and via a banner on the home page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
